Describe the bug
Remove Default Add-ons , from add-ons option in admin dashboard.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Create a new store of any type either grocery or restaurant.
Now see error in Add-ons option it is already showing Default Add-ons created there.

Expected behavior
There should be no already created Default Add-ons.
