Research direction

Begin in the Riders Management section described in the report and reproduce the empty list after registering a rider and reloading. Trace the data path used by that screen; done means registered riders appear with their details. The issue names no files or tests, so repository navigation is required.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Describe the bug
The system is not displaying any data for riders who have been registered. Even after successful registration, the rider list appears empty, preventing admins or managers from viewing or managing rider details.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the application/website.
Navigate to the Riders Management section.
Register a new rider (if not already registered).
Refresh or reload the page.
Observe that no rider data is displayed.
Expected behavior
The system should display a list of all registered riders with their details.
