Opening the dashboard in a mobile browser does not show the filter dialog box in full.

Opening the dashboard in a mobile browser, open the Filter menu

Actual Outcome

can not diplay the full filter dialog

display the full filter dialog

Start by reproducing the issue in Chrome on a mobile viewport and opening the dashboard's Filter menu. Inspect the filter dialog's responsive layout and compare it with the attached expected screenshot; done means the complete dialog is visible and usable on mobile browsers.
