Description

After the implementation of #958, there is now no quick and easy way to see the server URL you're looking at, and perhaps even more useful is the server version. These were both shown on the app listing, and they were good for quick reference.

Is there a place we can move them on the main dashboard? Perhaps at the bottom of the left menu, above the other options?

Research direction

Start by finding the single-app main dashboard and left-menu entry points, then compare them with the app listing where the server URL and version were previously shown. Done means both values are visible on the main dashboard, with their placement confirmed rather than assumed.
