What is the issue?
I am pretty sure these settings haven't been available since parse was its own service.

Can you propose a solution?
Remove the instructions and images and refer to parse server documentation for setting up client side push notifications. Or just remove the instructions period since client side push notification instructions doesn't really seam relevant here in general other than just mentioning that using the JS SDK for cloud code push initialization is more secure.

Research direction

Review the linked sending-pushes section and the referenced client_push_settings.png image. Check the Parse Server documentation for the current client-side push setup, then remove or replace the outdated material as appropriate. Done means the section no longer presents unavailable settings and its image references remain consistent.
