Description
I find Hash256StdHasher kinda scary. How does it get used? It's assigned in https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/blob/master/primitives/core/src/hasher.rs#L47 but actually Hasher::StdHasher never gets used anywhere inside this repository. cc @jimpo
