Description
The Polkadot Triangle host API needs to provide a way for a product to request usage of HOP. This will call an RPC on each node to see their current capacity and give the product the url of the one with the most capacity. This lets us balance the load on all the nodes of the network.

Research direction
Start by locating the Host API entry point and the node RPC integration in this TypeScript SDK. Trace how a product request can inspect each node's current capacity and return the URL of the node with the most capacity. Done means the API supports HOP requests and balances selection across available nodes.
