Description

Allow users to query block information:

  • dot block <number> — display details for a specific block by number
  • Consider also supporting dot block <hash> and dot block latest

Should display relevant block info such as header fields, extrinsics count, events, etc.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the existing CLI command structure and block-related interfaces, then determine how numeric block lookup and the optional hash/latest selectors fit the issue's requested block details. Done means the supported query forms display the agreed header fields, extrinsics count, and events with test coverage.
