Description

Implement hierarchical browsing for transaction construction:

  • dot tx — list all available pallets
  • dot tx <Pallet> (e.g. dot tx System) — list all calls for that pallet

This gives users a discoverable way to explore what extrinsics are available on the connected chain.

Research direction

Start at the dot tx command entry point and trace how transaction construction currently exposes available extrinsics. Implement the two-level browsing behavior described in the issue, then verify that dot tx lists pallets and dot tx System lists that pallet's calls on a connected chain.
