Research direction

Start in src/codec.rs around lines 705–716 and read the current <[T, $n]>::decode implementation, including its use of ArrayVec and the available TypeInfo. Determine how TypeInfo can replace or optimize that path; done means decoding uses the TypeInfo-based optimization while preserving the existing behavior.
