Description
Similarly to Ref structure we could introduce
struct Iter<I: Iterator<T>, T: Encode>(&I, Phantom<T>)
or maybe
struct Iter<I: Iterator<T>, T: EncodeLike<U>, U: Encode>(&I, Phantom<(T, U)>)
And then implement EncodeLike<Vec<U>> for it.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Ref structure and the current EncodeLike<Vec> implementations. Compare the proposed iterator wrapper options, then verify that the selected design supports encoding an iterator as Vec and document the behavior with the relevant codec checks.
