Description
eg The "Node & Data Availability" list on the Global dashboard currently just includes peer IDs. It would be useful for it to include IP addresses as well. These can just be the IP addresses used to connect to the TART backend, on the toaster at least the same IP addresses will be used for inter-node connections.
