Description
JIP-3 spammer could be used in CI for testing against regressions.
Since network simulation mode was introduced there we could have following checks:
- happy path - checking if metrics are within expected thresholds,
- bad actors - checking if the metrics can catch slow nodes (e.g. blocks convergence, wp funnel)
