Description
Context
truapi-host is a TrUAPI host that runs in a terminal. PR #510 adds truapi-host dev, which runs a browser product against a local signing host, and PR #516 makes the binary installable and self-updating. Together they make the CLI a first-class local target for product development.
This is the umbrella issue for improving that experience. Everything about local development UX on the CLI belongs here.
If something slows you down while developing against the CLI, add it

Research direction
Start by using truapi-host dev with the browser product and local signing host, focusing on the local development workflow described in this issue. Record concrete CLI friction and narrow it to one scoped improvement with explicit acceptance criteria; this umbrella issue does not yet define what done looks like.
