Add an option to create the bottom-bar-icon in the standard fashion, for compatibility with "UI Not Included"

Unfortunately, when using UI Not Included (one of the most fantastic mods on the workshop, I swear!), Visual Exceptions is the only mod whose bottom-bar button is not configurable.

A note on the UINI workshop page explains why:

Visual Exceptions - This mod add a tab in a non-standard way. This means, it would not appear as an option while modifying the tabs.

Having seen your other work, I have to assume this implementation is for good reason - but I'm hoping that, perhaps, whatever tradeoff required that approach could perhaps be configurable? i.e. even if some functionality is lost, an opt-in "use the default bar-button implementation" toggle, that allows me to use Visual Exceptions during-game (because for the moment, as a UINI user, it's only useful in the loading-screen, sadly.)

Start by reading the issue and the linked UI Not Included compatibility note, then locate Visual Exceptions' non-standard bottom-bar-icon implementation. Determine how an opt-in standard button mode would fit the existing behavior. Done means a configurable toggle lets the icon appear in UI Not Included's tab configuration, with any documented functionality tradeoffs understood.
