Both sources have the following release dates for recent versions:
2.6.0: Jun 23, 2019
2.5.1: Jun 23, 2019
2.5.0: Jun 9, 2019
2.4.3: Jun 23, 2019
Also the top couple of sections in the Changelog are labeled "Next 1.x feature release" and "Next 1.x bugfix release", but their content refers to 2.x versions paramiko
