老师您好，我现在有一个周期性的gpu任务，但是我用nvidia-smi工具发现，在执行完一次任务等待第二次执行该任务的间隔内，gpu功耗并没有降到静态功耗，这是什么原因，该如何解决呢？我的gpu静态功耗是29W，执行任务时功耗会升至120W，执行完功耗就保持87W左右，再执行任务又升至120W。
