Description
The SQL panel doesn't support debugging queries with datetime values as parameters. It currently uses JSON encoding to serialize the parameters, and datetime values are not supported in JSON. Should translate the datetime values to allow for JSON encoding.

Research direction
Start at the SQL panel's parameter serialization, where JSON encoding currently rejects datetime values. Trace how query parameters are prepared, then verify that queries with datetime parameters can be debugged while existing JSON-compatible parameters continue to work.
