Description

Currently the GET method only works on a specific RID.

It would be useful to be able to enumerate existing connections - for example to check if a connection exists that can be reused

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing GET method that currently requires a specific RID and review how connections are represented in the SDK. Determine whether the Foundry API exposes an enumeration operation, then define how callers can identify an existing reusable connection and verify the behavior with the relevant connection tests.
