Description
When the FROM_ENVIRONMENT proxy type is selected, the https_proxy environment variable is read and respected. Oftentimes, clients will also set the no_proxy environment variable with a list of hosts for which no proxy should be used. We do not respect this no_proxy environment variable at present.

Research direction
Search for the FROM_ENVIRONMENT proxy handling and trace where https_proxy is read. Use the issue's no_proxy host-list behavior as the acceptance criterion: matching hosts should bypass the proxy, while other requests continue using it; add or run the relevant tests if present.
