Description
The rules site is super complicated and convoluted for like 90% of basic use, and often times someone who's new to a board just wants to see the basics of stuff. So a basic rules page, just covering timing, proof, and category distinctions available on SRC would make getting into the run at least a bit easier than having to read the whole complicated page.

Research direction
Start at the rules site and locate the existing SRC rules page. Identify where a separate basic page should live and use the issue's requested topics—timing, proof, and category distinctions—as its scope. Done means newcomers can find a concise SRC overview without reading the full rules.
