Description
Would be extremely useful for running full game where I'd like to have music so loud my desk is shaking, but if I did that then I wouldn't be able to hear anything and if I raised the game volume the music would be ruined by all the other random stuff :(

Research direction
The issue does not identify any files, tests, or entry points. First clarify how individual dialogue lines should be identified and controlled, then trace the game's audio handling to find the relevant entry point. Done means dialogue volume can be adjusted independently of music and other game sounds.
