Description
Problem
This functionality may be needed when the metafile (its header) is completely corrupted.
Solution
In such a case, we plan to use the already existing unpacker utility.
Additionally, we need to create a new utility – injector (alternative name: inserter) – which will form blocks and send them to seq-db (via seqproxy).
Tasks
- Implement the injector utility
- Ensure that the compiled binaries of both unpacker and injector are present in the Docker image

Research direction
Start by examining the existing unpacker utility and how it sends data through seqproxy. Determine how the new injector should form and submit blocks to seq-db, then inspect the Docker image build to ensure both compiled binaries are included.
