Description

Currently it's called TokenDe; the convention seems to be to make this struct public and to have some reasonable public constructor(s).

Research direction

Start by locating the TokenDe definition and its serde::Deserializer implementation. Review the crate's existing public API and run its current tests before making the Deserializer struct public; done means it has reasonable public constructor access without breaking the test suite.
