Description
There does not seem to be an easy way to change the name of the produced struct. I'm developing an application which may interface with multiple openapi servers, and it would be convenient to give Client a more descriptive name.

Research direction
Start by tracing the generator's settings entry point and the code that emits the produced Client struct. Determine how a configurable name should flow into generated output, then verify that the option produces the requested descriptive struct name for an OpenAPI client.
