Description

The openapi info block contains version and a title. The version will likely be usable directly, and the title can be slug-ified to be a suitable value for name.

Then the CLI fields would override these defaults.

Research direction

Start by locating the CLI fields for name and version and the code that reads the OpenAPI info block; no specific files or tests are named in the issue. Done means the spec title is slugified for the default name, the spec version supplies the default version, and explicit CLI values override both.
