Description
Overview
The Rust SDK has an extras package which abstracts away most of the complexity of importing a disk image.
It would be helpful to have a similar wrapper in the Go SDK as well.

Research direction
Start by reading the Rust SDK reference at sdk/src/extras/disk.rs and locating the corresponding disk-import API in the Go SDK. Define the wrapper's scope and behavior from that comparison; done means the Go SDK offers an equivalent user-friendly disk-import abstraction with appropriate coverage.
