Description

Replace EtherHdrRaw/EtherHdr with smoltcp's EthernetFrame/EthernetRepr. We may be able to replace some of the other bits in there too as well, but I'd start with replacing the header types and go from there.

Research direction

Start by locating the definitions and uses of EtherHdrRaw and EtherHdr, then compare them with smoltcp's EthernetFrame and EthernetRepr APIs. Replace the existing ethernet header types first, and check whether the surrounding header-related code can also use smoltcp. Done means the old header types are no longer needed and the project still handles ethernet packets correctly.
