Description

Once we have health monitor types done, we'll want to be able to include them in testing as well. Would be good to integrate with the simulated omicron in SledAgent::new_simulated_with_id(), in nexus/inventory/src/examples.rs sled_agent() , and in nexus/reconfigurator/planning/src/system.rs Sled::new_simulated() as well
