Description
There are some BGP session parameters that are negotiated. In particular
- keepalive time
- hold time
Maghemite provides access to these negotiated parameters through its API, but these are not plumbed all the way out to an operator usable API.

Research direction
Start by tracing how negotiated BGP session parameters are exposed by Maghemite and how BGP data reaches Omicron's operator API. Identify the API path and plumbing needed for keepalive and hold time, then verify both negotiated values are available to operators.
