It looks like we are waiting for output from a CRDB CLI process that never seems to appear? The test has passed successfully on subsequent runs.

Start with cockroach-admin/src/cockroach_cli.rs, especially the test around lines 208-269 and the panic at line 236. Run cockroach_cli::tests::test_node_decommission_compatibility and inspect the linked Buildomat log and CRDB CLI output; done means the test completes reliably without the reported panic.
