Description
As @davepacheco identified, this has a name collision with the RFD 24 definition: https://rfd.shared.oxide.computer/rfd/0024#_region , which is a "collection of AZs".
Rust modules can help disambiguate, but the DB name should be explicit.

Research direction
Start by locating the database definition and references for "Region" in the repository, then read the linked RFD 24 definition to understand the naming conflict. Update the database-facing name and its references so the intended type is consistently called "CrucibleRegion", and verify the project still builds and its checks pass.
