Description
We saw that Nexus doesn't accept RSA keys that are formatted with PKCS#8, only PKCS#1. Nexus should accept multiple formats so that customers don't have to care or invoke openssl to input keys:
- PKCS12
- PEM
- DER

Research direction
Locate the Nexus SAML signing-key parsing entry point and read how RSA keys are currently accepted. Check the existing parsing tests, if present, and add coverage for PKCS#8, PKCS#1, PKCS12, PEM, and DER inputs. Done means valid keys in the requested formats are accepted without requiring customers to invoke openssl.
