Description
All metrics now have a Time To Live (TTL) of 30 days https://github.com/oxidecomputer/omicron/pull/3553 . At the time of implementing this, we have little information on which aggregations will be most useful for a data rollup on row deletion.
When we have collected enough feedback from our customers to make an informed decision, these data roll ups need to be implemented.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the ClickHouse TTL rollup documentation linked in the issue and the customer feedback about which deleted-row aggregations are useful. Define the desired aggregations from that feedback, then implement and validate the data rollups for rows removed by the 30-day TTL.
