Description

Right now we are using a progenitor-generated dpd-client crate. This is a tracking issue for switching over to the actual dpd-client crate once the repo becomes available.

This is needed for access to required types that are re-exported by dpd-client proper.

Research direction

Read the tracking issue and its linked dendrite issues 86 and 13, along with the discussion on omicron pull request 2645. Confirm when the actual dpd-client repository is available, then replace the progenitor-generated crate and verify that the required re-exported types are accessible.
