Research direction
Start by reading issue #359 and locating the Rust implementation of the default BGP RIB Priority. Trace how BGP route settings are represented and exposed to operators. Done means an operator can configure the BGP RIB Priority and the routing behavior reflects that setting, with tests covering the configured value.
