Description
The sensors task holds min and max values received from each sensor. There is an IDL API to get this, and it exists in the core dumps, but we have no easy way to get it.
We should fix that, as it would be useful for things.

Research direction
Start with the sensors task and trace the existing IDL API and core-dump data that already contain each sensor's minimum and maximum values. Make those values easy to retrieve through the debugger, and verify that the exposed results match the sensor data in core dumps.
