Description

Cliff says this message is wrong, and needs to be updated after the task table changes in Hubris:

matt@niles ~ (sidecar-sp) $ h diagnose
humility: attached to 0483:374f:002A001C4D46500F20373033 via ST-Link V3

--- Initial Inspection ---

Taking initial snapshot of task status...
humility diagnose failed: expected symbol TASK_TABLE_BASE not found

Research direction

Start with the humility diagnose entry point and compare its current output with the Hubris task-table changes described in the issue. Trace the lookup that reports TASK_TABLE_BASE as missing; done means humility diagnose produces the correct task-status output instead of failing with this message.
