Description
As of #707, the SP accepts potentially destructive commands over UDP (including "flash yourself with an update image" and "reset yourself") with no authn/authz checking. Update images will have additional security via code signing, but the reset command has no such external check and needs some kind of protection.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #707 and tracing how the SP currently accepts destructive UDP commands from MGS. Determine the authentication and authorization requirements for reset and update requests; done means those commands are protected, with the expected behavior documented or covered by relevant tests if they exist.
