Description
On the "Classic PSC", we needed to poll the PSUx_PRESENT_L signals because a pin conflict prevented us from using external interrupts. On the Observer PSC, the conflict was resolved and we can use external interrupts if we want. This seems like a low-priority change, since polling has been working fine, but presumably we want to do it at some point.
