Description

We still have some work to do with Murata to better understand what the firmware upgrade mechanism is on the newer rectifiers. Once we understand that, we should add support for this. In addition, we probably want to consider exposing this as a first class thing that reconfigurator can drive and handle rather than just doing it unconditionally at system start up as we may not understand the broader power situation at the time especially in a 2-shelf configuration.
