Description

In mfg thanks to dvt-dock we generally have hubris images named build-cosmo-b-image-default-v1.0.55.zip. It would be nice if the release job from all-sps actually was similar as otherwise we have to all manually add that back in.

Research direction

Start with the all-sps release job and compare its generated image names with the dvt-dock convention described in the issue. Trace where the release artifact filename is assembled. Done means all-sps release images include their version in the filename without requiring manual renaming.
