Description
When building private repositories that require SSH access, we need to pass CARGO_NET_GIT_FETCH_WITH_CLI=true in the environment so that cargo will use the real git CLI rather than an internal library for cloning, which will use keys from the SSH agent or other URL transforms required for private access to GitHub.
