Description
A test of downstairs on disk format.
Create a small encrypted region, then does IO to it. Save those region directories.
The test will be to to take the latest software and attempt to read/verify/write to those saved region directories. We don't save the updates to the region directories. Future tests will still use the original regions.
This should help us catch any unexpected downstairs regions formatting changes.
