Description
https://github.com/oxidecomputer/omicron/pull/5273 added some really powerful endpoints for pulling data. If we can get our graphs working with those, we can get rid of some of my least favorite API endpoints.

Research direction
Start by reviewing oxidecomputer/omicron#5273 and locating the console graphs that currently use the older data endpoints. Check how those graphs request and transform time-series data, then determine which can use /v1/timeseries/query. Done means the applicable graphs work with the new endpoint and the obsolete API usage can be removed.
