More visual distinction between system and silo pages

I think it should be easier to tell at a glance what sort of pages you're on. I'm no designer, but a special color seems like the most obvious subconscious mechanism. I doubt we'd want to override the accent color everywhere since our green is so distinctive, so maybe just a bar at the top or a border or badge in the top left. Something small, but you feel it.

I wouldn't say this is urgent because most users will be spending their time almost exclusively in one or the other. It might only be Oxide employees who go back and forth a lot.

Start by reviewing the System and Silo screenshots in the issue and comparing how the two page types are currently presented. No source files, tests, or entry points are named, so the first task is locating those page views in the console. Done means an agreed, small visual treatment makes the page type apparent at a glance.
