Description
A recent commit on omicron main did not produce a TUF repo. (I noticed because I was trying to mupdate from that commit and saw that there was not a TUF repo to pull down.) Looking closer, this commit did not actually run several CI jobs: https://github.com/oxidecomputer/omicron/commit/6f4923e63d39e1a530db992ed7f9c26976559846. Only 6 out of 15 expected jobs ran (more recent commits seem to have run all those jobs).
It would be good to understand what happened to the jobs that did not run.
