Description
Context:
Now that using OXC a TS parser works perfectly, I'm trying to match the behavior for JS files, which requires having parenthesized expression expression to keep type cast comment

Research direction
Start with the JavaScript examples in the linked OXC Playground and Babel AST Explorer, then read Prettier's src/language-js/parse/postprocess/index.js around the linked type-cast comment handling. Compare the AssignmentTarget AST shape and make ParenthesizedExpression available where required; done means the JS behavior matches the demonstrated TypeScript behavior while preserving the type-cast comment.
