* > As a user I want a simple, static URL to download the latest version of ocis so that I don't need to adjust the URL.
* > As a promoter I want a simple, static URL which can be used to promote ownCloud Infinite Scale for download.

- provide a static url to download the ocis binary per [latest] x [stable] x [architecture]
- the URL should be as short and simple as possible for easy handling

[ ] all dependencies of the user story need to be identified
[ ] feature should be seen from an end user perspective
[ ] user story has to be estimated
