## Logo can not be uploaded
Tested on https://ocis.ocis-keycloak.latest.owncloud.works - when I log in as `admin`, on the administration page, I can choose to upload a new logo.
Upload was tried with a jpg file to change the logo. UI claimed that upload was successful, but logo did not change. No error message.
## Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://ocis.ocis-keycloak.latest.owncloud.works
2. Log in as admin
3. Go to adminstration settings
4. Try to upload a new logo
